  • Are Utilities Included in the rent?

    Yes, water and sewer are included. Our Tenants pay for Electric, Garbage, and Internet.

  • What is the deposit and fee required to move in?

    We require first month's rent and a security deposit.

  • What is parking like here?

    All residents have a dedicated parking spot, and there are other shared spots available on the property for no charge.

  • Are pets allowed?

    We do not allow pets.

  • What are the amenities?

    Easy access to FrontRunner and local busses, Group Event Pavillion, Playgrounds, Basketball Courts, and adjacent Soccer Fields.

  • How many people can live in the unit?

    Utah law defines the number of people that can live in each bedroom of a rental property.

  • What is the length of the lease?

    Mobile Home leases are all month to month.


    Our Apartments are on a one-year lease. After the first year, we can negotiate for a partial-year lease.

  • What is the move-in date availability?

    We allow move-ins on any day of the month, based on availability. Contact our rental team to find out what is available now.

  • How is the Maintenance and Repair Service?

    With our 24/7 property manager living on-site, you can get emergency repairs immediately. Other repairs are completed within three days.

  • How is the security of the property?

    Crestline Estates is in a very safe part of Provo City. Our property is open to public traffic.

  • How is the noise level in the neighborhood?

    We enforce strict noise rules in our apartments for the enjoyment of all the residents. Our quiet hours go from 10 pm to 8 am every day.

  • What about the location?

    Crestline Estates is just a short walk from Provo Mall, and minutes away from both BYU and UVU. With a FrontRunner stop right across the street, you'll be able to get wherever you're going with ease.
